This week I decided to include a video in here and it feels so nice to share my thoughts via something other than a short, edited reel!
This week the sun transits through Gate 60- the Gate of Acceptance. This means the background energy that is influencing us on a collective level will amplify themes around acceptance, and these themes will likely weave their way into our personal lives and bring things to light for us to examine and learn from.
Gate 60 is located in the Root Centre which is a pressure centre, so we experience it as a pressure to mutate or bring something brand new into the world. It works in pulses so there is an element of waiting for the right time to act on this pressure and people who have this gate in their chart will likely experience moments of melancholy when the timing doesn’t seem to align or they are feeling held back by life.
In the language of the Gene Keys, this energy moves us through the shadow of limitation to the gift of realism. This energy pulls us into our next evolution by forcing us to view our limitations in a new way. Once we are able to identify our true limitations (distinctly different form our perceived limitations) we experience the first step of transcending those limitations, because we stop fighting or resisting what’s in our way and actually begin to consider imaginative and practical ways around it.
Some questions to consider:
What are you currently feeling limited by?
Which of these actual limitations or perceived limitations?
Which actual limitations are you resisting or refusing to accept?
What happens when you fully and honestly accept the limitations of your current situation? What do you feel? What alternative moves are available to you?
Where are you feeling pressure to bring something new into the world?
How can you apply more discipline to your current situation? Where do you need more structure in your life right now?
